沙提难民营（阿拉伯语：مخيّم الشاطئ），又称海滩难民营，是巴勒斯坦国加沙省北部地中海沿岸的一个巴勒斯坦难民营，位于加沙城内，总土地面积为520杜纳亩[1]。根据巴勒斯坦中央统计局的数据，2006年年中沙提的人口为87,158人，而联合国近东巴勒斯坦难民救济和工程处报告的登记难民人数为78,800人。该难民营是巴勒斯坦难民营中的第三大难民营。
沙提难民营成立于1948年，当时约有23,000名巴勒斯坦人在1948年阿拉伯-以色列战争期间从雅法、卢德和贝尔谢巴以及周围的村庄逃离至沙提并建立难民营。1971年，以色列当局出于安全考虑，拆除了2000多个避难所并拓宽道路。大约8,000名难民被迫离开难民营前往附近的加萨谢赫拉德万[1][2][3][4]。
前巴勒斯坦国总理伊斯梅尔·哈尼亚和被以色列暗杀的前巴勒斯坦内政部长塞亚姆（Seyam）都出生在这个难民营。[5][6]

Large refugee camps were targeted in particular. Refugees were forcefully resettled in other areas of the occupied Gaza Strip, with a smaller number transferred to the occupied West Bank. In the occupied Gaza Strip, several housing projects were established for these refugees. Some of these projects today are referred to as camps. These include the Canada project (1972), the Shuqairi project (1973), the Brazil project (1973), the Sheikh Radwan project (1974), and the al-Amal project (1979).
