波士顿花园（英语：Boston Garden）曾是马萨诸塞州波士顿的一座体育场，由拳击提倡者泰克斯·理察所设计（他曾建造第三代麦迪逊广场花园），于1928年11月17日启用，当时名为波士顿麦迪逊广场花园（英语：Boston Madison Square Garden），后简称为波士顿花园。波士顿花园比他的继承者营运的期间还要长上30年以上，并坐落在波士顿北站上方，该站原是波士顿和缅因州铁路公司的枢纽站，现为马萨诸塞湾交通局通勤铁路及美铁的枢纽站。
波士顿花园曾为国家冰球联盟的波士顿棕熊和NBA的波士顿塞尔提克两队的主场所在地，也曾举行多场摇滚音乐会、业余体育赛事、拳击和职业摔角赛事、马戏团和冰上展览。另外波士顿花园也曾作为政治集会的展览厅，如约翰·肯尼迪1960年11月的演讲会。1998年，波士顿花园在其继承者TD花园完工三年后正式拆除。
