艾瑞丝·爱普菲尔（英语：Iris Apfel，1921年8月29日—2024年3月1日），娘家姓贝瑞尔（Barrel），是一名美国实业家、室内设计师及时装指标。
早年生活[编辑]
爱普菲尔出生于美国纽约州皇后区阿斯托里亚，是家中的独生女。其双亲皆为犹太人，父亲塞缪尔·贝瑞尔（Samuel Barrel）在家族玻璃镜片事业底下工作，母亲塞黛（Sadye）出生俄罗斯，曾经营一间时装店。[1][2]
她曾在纽约大学学习美术史，也曾进入威斯康辛大学的艺术学校就读。[3]

时尚界[编辑]
毕业后，爱普菲尔任职于贸易杂志社《女装日报》，同时担任时尚插画家罗伯特·古德曼（Robert Goodman）的助理。在为古德曼工作的期间，她认识了室内设计师埃利诺·强森（Elinor Johnson）并开始为他工作。[1]
1948年2月22日，爱普菲尔与卡尔·爱普菲尔（Carl Apfel，1914年8月4日－2015年8月1日）结婚。[4]两年后，夫妻俩共同成立一家纺织公司旧世界织布工坊（Old World Weavers），专门仿制古董纺织品。直到1992年两人退休后，才将公司卖给美国品牌史塔克地毯（Stark Carpet）。[5][6]在1950至1992年间，爱普菲尔曾执行过几项织品修复计划，包含为杜鲁门、艾森豪威尔、肯尼迪、约翰逊、尼克松、福特、卡特、里根、克林顿等九位总统任内的白宫做室内装饰设计。随着公司的业务拓展至国际，夫妻两人游遍欧洲、非洲、中东、印度及亚洲等国，爱普菲尔便爱上了非西方的手工订制服饰。之后，她也时常穿着从异国订制的服饰出席如葛丽泰·嘉宝、雅诗·兰黛等客户的上流社会聚会。[1]
2016年，爱普菲尔出演法国汽车制造商雪铁龙的DS 3广告，[7]并担任澳洲品牌Blue Illusion的时尚大使。[8]2016年3月，爱普菲尔宣布与新创科技公司WiseWear合作，设计推出一系列的智能珠宝。[9]

2005年9月13日，纽约大都会艺术博物馆服装研究馆部展出有关其时尚风格的《时尚珍宝：艾瑞丝·爱普菲尔》（Rara Avis: The Irreverent Iris Apfel）展览。这场由斯特凡·赫伊-陶纳（Stéphane Houy-Towner）策划的展览大受欢迎，[10]随后，她的收藏品展览也开始在佛罗里达州西棕榈滩的诺顿艺术博物馆、[11]纽约州罗斯林港的纳苏郡美术馆，以及马萨诸塞州塞勒姆的皮博迪埃塞克斯博物馆展览。[12]
