苏赫尔·埃贾兹·汗（英语：Suhel Ajaz Khan，1971年5月4日—），印度外交官，现任印度驻沙特阿拉伯兼驻也门大使，曾任印度驻黎巴嫩大使等职务。
经历
[编辑]苏赫尔·埃贾兹·汗生于1971年5月4日。[1]他毕业于印多尔的圣雄甘地纪念医学院，获得内外全科医学士学位。[2]
他于1997年加入印度外事服务部。[1]首个外交任务是在1999年至2001年间于印度驻埃及大使馆任职，除履行其他职责外，他还在开罗美国大学获得了阿拉伯语高级文凭。随后，他于2002年至2005年间在印度驻叙利亚大使馆工作，负责行政、媒体及政治事务。[2]之后，他在2005年至2008年担任印度驻吉达总领事馆的领事，负责包括朝觐事务在内的多项工作。[2][3]从2008年到2009年，他在印度外交部西亚北非司担任处长，随后于2009年至2011年在印度驻巴基斯坦高级专员公署任职，负责签证和领事事务。在2011年至2013年间，担任印度外交部国务部长E·艾哈迈德办公室副司长，并随同部长参加了多次外事访问，包括2011年印度担任联合国安全理事会非常任理事国期间出席的联合国安全理事会会议。[2]
2013年，苏赫尔·埃贾兹·汗被派往维也纳，担任印度大使馆和常驻维也纳国际组织代表团的副团长，负责政治及多边事务。在2013年至2017年间，他参加了多次印度代表团会议，包括国际原子能机构、联合国工业发展组织和联合国和平利用外层空间委员会等会议。他还在2015年担任国际原子能机构计划和预算委员会报告员，并于同年担任七十七国集团联合国工业发展组织事务协调员，2016至2017年间还是联合国工业发展组织职员养老金委员会的理事会代表。此外，他还在2014年12月担任印度代表团团长，出席在维也纳举行的关于核武器人道主义影响的会议。他还于2016年和2017年担任联合国养老金理事会成员。[2]
2017年9月至2019年6月，苏赫尔·埃贾兹·汗以大使衔担任印度驻沙特阿拉伯大使馆副馆长，负责多项重要任务，包括作为2018年印度参加杰纳迪里亚节（印度作为主宾国）的首席联络官。[2]2019年6月21日至2023年1月担任印度驻黎巴嫩大使，[4][5]期间他组织了多项商务和文化活动。[2]2019年8月27日，向黎巴嫩总统米歇尔·奥恩递交国书。[6]
2022年12月22日，苏赫尔·埃贾兹·汗被任命为下一任印度驻沙特阿拉伯大使。[7][8][9]他于2023年1月15日抵达利雅德，并于次日就任印度驻沙特阿拉伯大使。[2][10][11][12]2024年7月26日，苏赫尔·埃贾兹·汗被任命兼任印度驻也门大使。[13][14]2024年8月20日至22日，苏赫尔·埃贾兹·汗访问亚丁，并于8月20日向也门总统拉沙德·阿利米递交国书，是近十年来印度大使首次访问也门。[15][16]
个人生活
[编辑]妻子里法特·贾宾·汗有长期在国际和联合国组织工作的经历，两人育有两女。[5]
