阿弗雷·韦伯（英语：Alfred Lambremont Webre，1942年—），美国作家、律师、未来学家和星际政治学家[1][2][3][4]，曾作为吉隆坡战争罪行法庭的七名法官之一。
生平[编辑]
出生于佛罗里达州彭萨科拉[2]。毕业于耶鲁大学。曾是傅尔布莱特计划学者[5]。
1971年至1972年间，韦伯在纽约市环保署担任法律总顾问[6]:52。1977年，韦伯以未来学家身份在史丹佛研究所（SRI）工作[6]:52。在白宫（卡特政府时期）、五角大楼和史丹佛研究所进行的外星交流研究计划当中，韦伯担任主要研究员[1]。
2000年，韦伯在其著作《星际政治学：十年接触》（Exopolitics: Towards a Decade of Contact，暂译）中首度正式使用了“星际政治学”（Exopolitics）一词[7]。韦伯另一本在2005年出版的著作《星际政治学：宇宙中的政治、政府和法律》（Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe，暂译）受到了前加拿大国防部长保罗·赫勒的称赞[8]。
在2011年，韦伯作为吉隆坡战争罪行法庭的七名法官之一[9]，该组织（吉隆坡战争罪行委员会）是在前马来西亚首相马哈迪·莫哈末的倡导之下于2007年成立。
韦伯也曾经担任过“教会与政府罪行国际法庭”（International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State，ITCCS）的法律顾问[8][10]，“太空合作研究所”（Institute for Cooperation in Space，ICIS）的国际部主任和财务主管[11]。
2017年3月，韦伯接受英国《每日快报》采访时，声称梵蒂冈拥有时空旅行的技术、并在1960年代将其提供给美国中央情报局[12][13]。

In 2000, Alfred Webre's book Exopolitics: Towards a Decade of Contact spawned Exopolitics, which has gained a lot of supporters who feel the existence of UFOs does not have to be scientifically proven.
