敏雀霸鹟是霸鹟科的一个物种，可见于玻利维亚、哥伦比亚、厄瓜多尔及委内瑞拉等国。[1]
敏雀霸鹟生活在安地斯山脉的树林里，会在丘竹的茎上使用丘竹的叶子筑巢，并会将其他鸟类的羽毛铺在鸟巢里面。[2]
