米歇尔·伦佩尔·加纳[1] PC MP（英语：Michelle Rempel Garner，原姓戈丁（Godin）；1980年2月14日—），汉化名林宝莱[2][3]，是加拿大政治家，现任国会下议院议员。林宝莱是联邦保守党的一员，曾任西部经济多样化国务部长、环境部长的议会秘书[4]。
早年生活[编辑]
林宝莱出生在曼尼托巴省温尼伯市，她有一部分法裔曼尼托巴人血统[5]。她拥有曼尼托巴大学的经济学文学士学位。她曾经担任卡尔加里大学的机构方案部门主任，在她的领导下，赞助研究经费从2007年的七百万增长到2009年的超过一亿[6]。2010年，她被Women's Executive Network评为“加拿大前100名最具影响力的女性”，被分类在“未来领袖”中[7]。
从政[编辑]
林宝莱在2011年联邦大选中于卡尔加里中心北选区当选议员[8]。她在当选为国会议员后，于2011年5月25日被任命为环境部长的议会秘书。2011年底，她在议会质询中表现强劲，被认为是保守党党团中的后起之秀[9][10]。加拿大新闻杂志麦克林于2012年11月21日和2014年11月24日两度将她列入“年度最佳议员”的“新星”分类[11][12]。2013年11月，林宝莱被认为是拥有第七强社交媒体影响力的国会议员[13]。她在2013年The Hill Times年度最有价值政治家“最佳上升和后起之秀国会议员”（Best Up-and-comer MP）中被评为第二名，仅次于贾斯汀·特鲁多[14]。
她曾担任2013年卡尔加里保守党全国大会的联席主席[15]。2014年，她被Avenue Magazine评为“卡尔加里四十岁以下的前四十名”（Top 40 Under 40）[16]。

2013年7月15日，她被任命为西部经济多样化国务部长[17]。她是加拿大历史上最年轻的女性内阁部长[16]。
