澳洲小奥德蘑（学名：Oudemansiella australis），俗称陶瓷泥盖（porcelain slimecap），是一种担子菌门真菌，隶属于奥德蘑属（英语：Oudemansiella）。这种真菌广泛地分布在大洋洲，并且主要在腐木上生长。呈白色，菌盖直径约为5.5厘米（2.2英寸），而菌柄则短而粗。

澳洲小奥德蘑最早是由新西兰真菌学家格里塔·史蒂文森（英语：Greta Stevenson）和G·M·泰勒于1964年描述的。[1]他们是根据于1961年采集得来的标本来为这种真菌命名。[2]于1986年，澳大利亚真菌学家佩格勒和安东尼·M·杨根据其孢子结构，将这种真菌和黏小奥德蘑等数种真菌归类为一个新的属，即奥德蘑属。 [3]其学名中的“australis”源自拉丁文，意思是“南方”，即“澳洲”。[4]而这种真菌的俗称，“陶瓷泥盖”，则是由新西兰真菌学家杰夫·里德利提出。[5]

澳洲小奥德蘑的菌盖直径为3–5.5厘米（1.2–2.2英寸），呈白色，但随着年龄增加会变成浅土黄色。呈凸面状及偏移状，但其边缘会翘起。[6]其翘起的菌盖导致其白色的菌肉露了出来。其菌柄高约2.5厘米（1英寸），厚0.6–1厘米（0.2–0.4英寸），顶端呈白色，底部呈浅土黄色，且菌柄与菌盖的连接位偏离菌盖中央。[7]其菌褶呈白色，它们之间的间距适中，且子实层是连生的。其菌肉呈白色，坚固，且质感柔滑。[2]其孢子印呈白色，而其近乎球体的担孢子的大小则为24 x 21微米，并且有着厚近1微米的孢子壁。[2][3]

生境和分布[编辑]

澳洲小奥德蘑广泛地分布在大洋洲，其中包括澳洲、新西兰和巴布亚新几内亚。[8]这种真菌通常在树林中出现，且通常是在腐木上生长。这种真菌的第一个标本是在惠灵顿怀努谷中收集得来的。[9]

澳洲小奥德蘑的可食性仍然存疑。部分文献指出这种真菌并不可供食用[10]，而部分文献则指出包括这种真菌在内的所有奥德蘑属真菌均可供食用。[11]
