猫头鹰（英语：Noctua）是一家奥地利电脑硬件生产商，主要生产面向电脑发烧友的CPU散热器和电脑风扇。该公司在2005年由奥地利Rascom Computer Distribution GmbH[译名请求]公司与台湾Kolink国际公司（公旭实业股份有限公司 ）合资成立。

该公司的名称取自纵纹腹小鸮的学名（Athene noctua），其标志也是一头猫头鹰，猫头鹰在希腊神话中象征着知识与智慧。[8]
