哈羅德·約瑟夫·伯爾曼（英語：Harold Joseph Berman，1918年2月13日—2007年11月13日），美國法律學者，比較法、國際法和蘇聯/俄羅斯法以及法律史、法哲學以及法律與宗教交叉方面的專家。[1][2]他在哈佛法學院和埃默里大學法學院擔任法學教授六十多年，並在被任命為埃默里大學第一位羅伯特·W·伍德拉夫法學教授之前，曾擔任哈佛大學詹姆斯·巴爾·艾姆斯法學教授。他被稱為「美國法律教育最偉大的博學者之一」。[3][4][5]
