大比目魚

大比目魚（英語：Halibut）是鰈科，Hippoglossus和馬舌鰈的通用名稱。大比目魚是底棲魚類，因其食用性和娛樂性備受人們的歡迎[1][2][3][4]。

Halibut這個詞來自於haly（聖）和Butte（比目魚），是因為它在天主教聖日很受歡迎[1]。
