《銀河戰士 生存恐懼》（日語：メトロイド ドレッド，英語：Metroid Dread，又譯作「密特羅德5」、「密特羅德 恐懼」、「Metroid 5」，舊譯「銀河戰士 生存恐懼」）是一款由水銀蒸氣開發並由任天堂發行在任天堂Switch平台上的動作冒險遊戲。本作是《銀河戰士系列》的主系列第五部正統續作，是2D主系列時隔19年後的新作。本作將繼續《銀河戰士 融合》之後的故事，系列女主人公銀河賞金獵人薩姆斯‧亞蘭將繼續她在宇宙中的冒險，這次她將前往神秘星球ZDR，完成宇宙聯邦交給她的調查任務。

本作最初是一個為任天堂DS開發的遊戲企劃，並計劃作為GBA上的《融合》續作，但是未達到構思的演出效果，因此遊戲並未正式發售。[2]直到2021年6月的任天堂E3直面會上，任天堂才正式公布本作，並於2021年10月8日發售。[3]本作支援Amiibo玩偶。本作是自神遊科技於2006年發售官方中文版《銀河戰士 融合》之後時隔15年再次發售系列的中文版遊戲，支援繁簡中文，也是系列首次繁體中文化[4]。

《銀河戰士 生存恐懼》是《銀河戰士》系列時隔十九年後有關類銀河戰士惡魔城遊戲的正統主系列續作，本作在評價與獎項提名獲得認同[15][16]，其中更獲得相關方面的遊戲獎項[17][18]。

截至2022年5月10日，任天堂財報顯示《銀河戰士 生存恐懼》在全球範圍內已售出超過290萬份，成為系列銷量最高的遊戲。[19]
