徐寬熙（韓語：서관희；1926年—1997年9月），又譯作徐官喜，朝鮮平安南道出身，是北朝鮮的一位政治人物，曾在蘇聯留學。他曾擔任朝鮮農業部部長。[1]
在1996年5月最初失蹤後，[2] 1997年，他被指控為美國政府從事間諜活動，並故意破壞朝鮮的農業，導致了朝鮮饑荒。[1] 他還被指控挪用「親愛的領袖」提供的原本用於化肥的資金，以及從一開始就是一名反革命的韓國間諜，留在朝鮮滲透到勞動黨。[3] 結果，他被朝鮮政府公開處決。[3][4]
一名身份不明的叛逃者曾聲稱，大約在同一時間，少年團的一些官員被處決，據報導是因為與韓國情報人員進行「腐敗的金融交易」。[2] 緊隨其後的是對其他幾名政府高官的清洗，這些人也被控與韓國勾結。[2][3]有人猜測，金鐵萬取代了他在農業投資組合方面的職位。[5]
