德里克·麥可·蕭文（英語：Derek Michael Chauvin，/ˈʃoʊvən/ SHOH-vən，1976年3月19日—）是美國前警官，因涉嫌串謀在明尼蘇達州明尼亞波利斯殺害喬治·佛洛伊德，被判入獄22年6個月[6]。

在2020年5月25日與其他三名警察進行的逮捕行動中，蕭文曾跪在佛洛伊德的脖子上8分46秒，當時佛洛伊德戴著手銬，臉朝下躺在街上，喊著「我無法呼吸」。他於5月26日被明尼亞波利斯警察局（英語：Minneapolis Police Department）解僱，5月29日被捕。這起謀殺案在明尼亞波利斯-聖保羅都會區和美國其他地區掀起了一系列抗議活動，後來蔓延到世界各地。蕭文被指控犯有二級非故意謀殺罪、三級謀殺罪和二級過失殺人罪。

2020年5月25日，蕭文是參與逮捕喬治·佛洛伊德的四名警察之一，佛洛伊德涉嫌在市場上使用偽造的20美元鈔票，蕭文是其他警察的實地訓練教官[18]。附近一家商店的監控錄影顯示佛洛伊德並未拒絕逮捕[19][20]。刑事訴狀稱，根據執法記錄儀的錄影，佛洛伊德站在警車外時反覆說他無法呼吸，且拒絕上警車，後來面朝下摔倒在地[21]。當佛洛伊德被戴上手銬並面朝下趴在街道上時，蕭文在佛洛伊德的脖子上以膝蓋壓制了超過九分鐘[22][23][24]。蕭文將膝蓋放在佛洛伊德的脖子後，佛洛伊德反覆說「我無法呼吸」，「媽媽」和「拜託」（please）[25][24]。一段時間內，另外兩名警察壓制著佛洛伊德的背[26]。最後兩分鐘內[27]，佛洛伊德一動不動，並已沒有脈搏[28]。旁觀者拍攝現場並廣泛傳播該影片[25]。

2021年4月20日下午，12人陪審團裁定，蕭文二級謀殺、三級謀殺和二級過失殺人指控成立[34]。2021年6月25日，蕭文被美國明尼蘇達地方法院判處22年6個月的監禁[35]。

2021年9月23日，蕭文向明尼斯達州地區法院提出上訴。[36]

2022年7月7日，美國聯邦地區法院以逮捕期間「侵犯佛洛伊德公民權利」為由，再判處蕭文21年有期徒刑。[37]2023年11月24日，蕭文在獄中遭其他犯人刀刺受重傷。[38]

個人生活

蕭文的前妻凱麗（Kellie）是一名房地產經紀人和攝影師[39]，是一名來自寮國的苗族難民，本姓邵（Thao），曾以熊（Xiong）作為夫姓，與前夫育有孩子，和蕭文結婚將近十年，但並無他的孩子[40][41]。她在2018年的「明尼蘇達州夫人」（Mrs. Minnesota）選美比賽中獲勝[42][43][44]，在蕭文因謀殺佛洛伊德被捕的前一天提出離婚申請[45][46][47]，離婚於2021年2月最終確定[48]。由於其原姓氏與案發現場的一名亞裔警官Tou Thao相同，曾一度被認為Tou Thao是她的兄弟[49]。
