性腺腫瘤伴有環形小管（英語：Sex cord tumour with annular tubules, SCTAT），是一種罕見卵巢腫瘤，屬於性腺間質腫瘤下的一類。

性腺腫瘤伴有環形小管，會與黑斑息肉病或其他分散的疾病有關^[1]。通常此類疾病均為原發性腫瘤，但也有偶然轉移性腫瘤的案例報告^[2]。
