替代民主極點（西班牙語：Polo Democrático Alternativo，縮寫為PDA）是哥倫比亞的一個左翼政黨，成立於2005年12月，目前有2名眾議員、5名參議員。意識形態為社會民主主義。該黨是聖保羅論壇和玻利瓦爾人民大會的成員以及社會黨國際的觀察員。
該黨於2005年12月作為獨立民主極點和民主替代的政治聯盟成立。兩黨都反對新自由主義經濟計劃，反對哥倫比亞當時的總統烏里韋領導下的證券化及軍事化。[6]曾經它還是議會中唯一一個宣布反對胡安·曼努埃爾·桑托斯政府的政黨。
截至2009年，替代民主極點的政治家中相當一部分人是前游擊隊戰士，他們在80年代末和90年代初放棄武裝鬥爭並遣散。[7]截至2012年，相當一部分該黨的政治家，包括前游擊隊員，都自願加入綠色聯盟[8]、進步運動[9]或是愛國行軍[10]而不再是替代民主極點的成員。
