氯磺酸甲酯是一種有機化合物，化學式為CH3ClO3S。它可由硫醯氯和甲醇反應得到。[2]它和氟化銫與4-氯苄基(苯基)硫醚在二氯甲烷中反應，可以得到4-氯苄基氟。[3]它可用作羰基化合物的α位氯化試劑。[4]
