盛睿安（法語：Antoine Bernard de Saint-Affrique, 1964年12月26日—）是法國企業家，達能執行長。中文名叫盛睿安。

先祖路易斯·伯納德是一位新教牧師，在法蘭西第一帝國軍隊中任職，1807年被約瑟夫·波拿巴授予帝國男爵稱謂，在法國波旁復辟中也得到承認，因此家族姓氏中固定加入「de Saint-Affrique」稱號。[1]
1964年出生於法國上塞納省布洛涅-比揚古，畢業於高等經濟商業學院，1987年在法國海軍服役，成為後備軍事動員[2]1989年加入聯合利華市場部，[2][3]1997年加入達能擔任地區市場總監，2000年返回聯合利華，2005年升任副總裁，2009年升任執行副總裁，2011年擔任食品事業部總裁。2015年進入百樂嘉利寶擔任董事長兼執行長，任職期間這家瑞士巧克力製造商股價接近翻倍，[4][5] 2021年5月被任命為達能執行長，2021年9月生效。
