2023年10月25日，美國緬因州路易斯頓兩處地點發生大規模槍擊事件，造成19人死亡，13人受傷。第一起槍擊案發生在一家保齡球館的青年聯賽活動，幾分鐘後一家餐館發生第二起槍擊案。安德羅斯科金縣警長辦公室公布嫌疑人照片，嫌疑人為美國陸軍預備役軍人羅伯特·卡德（Robert Card）[3]。10月26日，警方以八項謀殺罪名向嫌疑人發出了逮捕令。

10月27日，經過兩天的搜捕，嫌疑人卡德被發現在緬因州里斯本鎮一處回收中心附近的林區吞槍自殺[4][5]。此次事件為緬因州歷史上死傷最嚴重的群體槍擊案[6]。

事件起始於一家名為Just-In-Time Recreation的保齡球館北美東部時間下午6:56左右，第一起911報警電話被撥出，一名當時在保齡球館裡背對著門的目擊者表示，聽到疑似氣球爆裂的聲響，但一轉身就看到了槍手。[7]他往保齡球道跑後爬到球瓶區的後面躲了起來。另一位目擊者稱，她的父親把全家挪到一個角落裡，然後她躺在女兒身上，其母則躺在她身上。該地點共計7人死亡。[8]

下午7:08，距離球館往南6.4公里的Schemengees酒吧和燒烤餐廳發生第二起槍擊事件。[9]有居民報告稱，在槍擊案發生附近的沃爾瑪配送中心聽到了了槍聲，但沃爾瑪表示，其配送中心並未發生槍擊事件。[1][10]

安德羅斯科金縣警長辦公室和緬因州警察局於晚上8:00左右向居民發出警報稱有活躍槍擊者。[11]警長辦公室公布了槍手使用「大威力突擊步槍」的圖像。[12]

槍擊事件發生後不久，卡德的車被發現遺棄在安德羅斯科金河（英語：Androscoggin River）沿岸的一個遊艇碼頭。聯邦調查局和酒精、菸草、火器及爆炸物管理局將為地方當局的調查和追捕提供協助。[16][17]

槍擊事件發生後，路易斯頓發布就地避難令，學校進入封鎖狀態。[18]奧本隨後也發布了就地避難令，並下令商家進入封鎖狀態。[19]警方在卡德寓所發現他寫給兒子的自殺遺書[20]。10月26日，緬因州中部社區學院、路易斯頓公立學校學區的學校和貝茨學院的課程被取消，方圓50英里內的幾個學區宣布停課。[21][22]10月26日，原地避難警告擴大到至鮑登學院。[23]貝茨學院也推遲了原定於10月27日舉行的校長就職典禮，直至另行通知。[24]

10月27日，緬因州公共安全專員麥可·紹舒克（Michael Sauschuck）表示，警方將會派出潛水小組和使用聲納遙控潛水器，與空中支援和地面小組合作，在發現車輛的地點附近搜索水下活動。值得注意的是，紹舒克表示他們並不確定嫌犯的逃跑方式，也不確定嫌犯在是否水裡。[27]

10月27日傍晚，槍手卡德被發現在緬因州里斯本靠近安德羅斯科金河（英語：Androscoggin River）的一家回收中心吞槍自殺，他在案發前不久被這家回收中心開除。[4][28]警方同時解除「就地避難令」。[29]

受害者[編輯]

此次事件共造成19人死亡（含槍手），13人受傷。其中7人死於保齡球館，8人死於Schemengees酒吧與燒烤餐廳，3人就醫後不治身亡。[30]受害者的年齡從14歲到76歲不等，其姓名同年齡於10月27日公布。[31]

兇手[編輯]

兇手為40歲的羅伯特·卡德二世（Robert R. Card II，1983年4月4日—2023年10月27日），長期居住在緬因州鮑登市。.[32][33][34]警方於10月25日確認其身份，並將他列為嫌疑人，第二天又將他列為嫌疑犯。[35][36][37]27日確認兇手自戕身亡並尋獲遺體[38]。卡德同時也是一名是美國陸軍預備役一級軍士，於2002年12月入伍。[39][40]陸軍發言人表示，卡德是預備役成員，但並沒有實際部署。[41]

卡德曾就讀於鮑登中央學校，後升入位於托普沙姆的亞拉特山高中。[42][43]2001年畢業後在緬因大學攻讀工程學至2004年，其並沒有完成學業。[44]在2023年之前，卡德在執法部門的唯一記錄是2007年的一次酒駕被捕並認罪，以及2001年和2002年的兩次超速指控。[45][46]

早在2023年7月16日，曾在西點軍校與嫌犯一起受訓的軍人稱，他們注意到嫌犯行為異常，並請求執法部門介入。紐約州警方接到報告後將其送往凱勒陸軍社區醫院（Keller Army Community Hospital），進行為期兩周的醫療評估。嫌疑人的嫂子表示，嫌疑人大約是在佩戴「高功率助聽器」時開始出現幻聽。在聽到他人說話時會讓他感到被羞辱。[47][48]

美國 美國總統[編輯]

喬·拜登總統在2023年10月25日的一份聲明中稱緬因州路易斯頓發生的事件是「又一起毫無意義的悲劇性大規模槍擊事件」（yet another senseless and tragic mass shooting），並敦促共和黨議員「履行保護美國人民的職責」，努力制定槍枝法律[50]。10月26日，他下令降半旗五天，以「表達對緬因州路易斯頓市無謂暴力行為受害者的敬意」（a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated in Lewiston, Maine）。[51]
