Google for Startups （以前稱為Google for Entrepreneurs ）是Google於2011年推出的創業計劃。它由125個國家的50多個聯合辦公空間和加速器組成，主要為企業家提供培訓課程。[1]Google for Startups還與當地的創業社區合作，合作項目稱為Google Campus。Google允許當地的技術社區使用Google設備以及工具並參加研討會。 [2]
歷史
[編輯]2012年3月，倫敦校區（Campus London）首次在東倫敦推出，隨後於2012年 12 月晚些時候設立了特拉維夫校區（Campus Tel Aviv）。 [3]第一個亞洲校區於2015年在韓國首爾開設。 [4] [5]第一個南美校區隨後於2016年在巴西聖保羅啟動。 [6]
各個校區都會舉行活動。企業家或公司可以申請舉辦這些活動，其中包括關於區塊鏈、物聯網、金融科技、機器學習和雲計算、數位行銷、產品管理和智慧財產權、黑客松等主題的研討會、會議和活動。

2018年10月，Google for Entrepreneurs 更名為 Google for Startups。 [7]

柏林校區
[編輯]2017年，Google計劃在德國柏林的克羅伊茨貝格附近開設另一個校區。 [8][9]這引發了當地居民對該地區紳士化的擔憂。 [10][11]這個問題在2018年9月進一步升級，當時來自柏林的「占領」組織的抗議者暫時占領了建築工地，據目擊者報告，至少有6人被捕。 [12]
一些人批評說，Campus項目產生了太多的輕應用初創公司，而真正具有顛覆性的初創公司鮮有出現。 [13]其他批評還包括谷歌實際上將Campus項目用於營銷，而不是真正發展創業社區。 [14] [15]
