水螺菌属（学名：Aquaspirillum）為奈氏球菌目色杆菌科的一属好氧或兼性厌氧发酵型革兰氏阴性杆菌。直杆。生境为池水。此属的模式种为小束水螺菌(Aquaspirillum fasciculus)。
