砷化钇是一种无机化合物,化学式为YAs,它可由钇和砷在高温反应制得。[2]有文献对它和二砷化锌的共熔体做了研究。[3]
它和FeAs、Fe、Fe2O3及YF3(掺杂用)在高温反应,可以得到超导材料YFeAsO0.9F0.1(Tc=10.2 K)。[4]
