分类学

分類學（英語：Taxonomy）是一门進行分類的方法與科學，源於希臘文的τάξις（taxis，意指類別），以及νόμος（nomos，意指方法、法則、科學）。不同層級的分類單位之間，有子分類與母分類的關係。舉例而言，車子是一種交通工具，因而車子是交通工具的子分類。
