错误拘捕
错误拘捕（英语：false arrest）是一种普通法侵权行为，指原告人在没有颇能成理的因由或没有具司法管辖权的法院发出的命令的情况下遭羁押。
伊拉克独裁者萨达姆·侯赛因、沙地阿拉伯及伊朗伊斯兰共和国无理逮捕过许多人。[1][2][3][4][5]
