藥西瓜（學名：Citrullus colocynthis）是葫蘆科西瓜屬的一種攀緣藤本植物，原產於地中海盆地與亞洲部分地區，尤其是土耳其與努比亞。
藥西瓜主要生長在沙漠地帶。其與西瓜為同屬植物，但藥西瓜的果實與普通西瓜相比小而硬，且味苦，故又名苦西瓜。藥西瓜種子可以食用，在西非被稱為「埃古斯」，是當地飲食中的主要食材之一。[2]
在阿拉伯半島等地，藥西瓜還是一種傳統藥材，可用作瀉藥、利尿劑等。[3][4][5]
