擁抱者集團^[6]（Embracer Group AB），前稱北歐遊戲授權（Nordic Games Licensing AB）、THQ Nordic AB，是一家瑞典遊戲及媒體控股公司，總部位於卡爾斯塔德。集團分為11個運營集群：Amplifier Game Invest、艾賜魔袋（英語：Asmodee）、CD E Entertainment、咖啡漬控股（英語：Coffee Stain Studios）、黑馬媒體、DECA Games（英語：DECA Games）、Easybrain、Embracer Freemode（包含中土企業（英語：Middle-earth Enterprises））^[7]^[8]、Gearbox娛樂、Plaion（英語：Plaion）、THQ Nordic。

該公司於2011年作為北歐遊戲集團（Nordic Games Group）旗下發行商北歐遊戲（Nordic Games GmbH，現名THQ Nordic）的母公司成立，當時名為北歐遊戲授權（Nordic Games Licensing）。它從破產的遊戲發行商手中收購了多項資產，如2011年的JoWooD娛樂和2013年的THQ。2016年8月，北歐遊戲授權（Nordic Games Licensing）和子公司北歐遊戲（Nordic Games GmbH）分別更名為THQ Nordic AB和THQ Nordic GmbH，採用了2014年購得的THQ商標。2016年11月，在納斯達克第一北方（英語：Nasdaq First North）上市。2018年收購了科赫媒體（Koch Media）和咖啡漬工作室（Coffee Stain Studios），成為THQ Nordic AB內的獨立運營集群，與THQ Nordic GmbH互補。為了避免與THQ Nordic GmbH混淆並明確其作為控股公司的地位，THQ Nordic AB於2019年9月更名為擁抱者集團（Embracer Group），而THQ Nordic GmbH保留其名稱。

2023年起，擁抱者集團開始對其架構進行改革，多家遊戲工作室被解散和出售。

2024年4月22日，擁抱者集團宣佈分拆為三個獨立的上市實體：艾賜魔袋集團（Asmodee Group），「咖啡漬與朋友們」（Coffee Stain & Friends）和「中土企業與朋友們」（Middle-earth Enterprises & Friends）。後兩者將在正式名稱決定後更名。^[2]

擁抱者集團將分拆成三個獨立實體，預計將於2025年完成。計劃將現有子公司分入不同的上市實體，不過仍可能有所調整。^[2]
