ABC iview是由澳大利亞廣播公司運營的視頻點播和回放電視服務。目前iview服務僅能在澳大利亞使用[1]。截至2016年，ABC iview內容月播放量約有五千萬次，在全澳大利亞占有五成份額[2]。
歷史[編輯]
在以「ABC Playback」的名義試營運幾個月後，該服務於2008年7月開始通過Flash提供服務[1]。是為2006年7月推出ABC電視節目播客之後的下一步行動。
鑑於網站內容飛速增加，iview Flash網站在2009年和2010年兩度重新設計。
適用於iPad的iOS應用程式於2010年12月推出，隨後於2012年6月推出iPhone版的iview。另於2013年12月18日發布了兼容搭載安卓4.0.3以上版本的手機和平板電腦的iview應用程式[3]。
在接下來的幾年裡，iview推出了與智能電視、遊戲機和其他設備兼容的產品。
內容和節目[編輯]
ABC iview提供幾乎所有在澳大利亞廣播公司地面頻道（主頻、TV+、ABC Me、 兒童台及新聞台）上播出的電視節目，以及上述頻道的直播信號和ABC iview專享原創內容。

2015年9月，澳廣在iview新設藝術板塊[4]。

直播節目[編輯]
- 2010年底，iview開始在網頁端傳送ABC24小時新聞台的直播信號，隨後iOS和Android應用程式亦上架該頻道。
- 2015年12月1日，iview網站、iOS和Android應用程式開始傳送多套ABC電視頻道的節目信號[7]。
- 2016年7月18日，ABC將開始在iview上傳送其他電視頻道（第二台、兒童台、第三台）的節目信號[8]。
- 2018年5月1日，ABC開始傳送主頻的各個地方版本（VIC、QLD、TAS、NT、NSW、WA、SA、ACT）[9]。

離線收視[編輯]
與ABC的播客服務不同，用戶無法合法下載iview的內容，而只能在節目在ABC播出後的短時間內回看。
2012年，ABC向Python-iView（該程序可下載iview上的視頻）的開源程序的作者發送法律警告[14]。 youtube-dl等其他下載工具仍然表示他們的服務可從iview上下載視頻[15]。
免流量服務[編輯]
2008年底，iview網站視頻播放器進行了更新，允許數家澳大利亞網絡服務提供商通過網絡對等安排使公民可免流量使用iview服務。參與該項目的ISP包括互聯節點[16]、 iPrimus[17]、 西部網絡、Apex網際網路和Adam網際網路。iiNet能夠在未進行對等升級的情況下允許客戶免流量使用iview服務。此外，AARNet、Cinenet和Comcen也在後來允許客戶無限量使用iview服務[18]。ABC電視直播流和未使用Adobe Flash流式傳輸的內容（即通過iPad和網絡電視收視）仍然會被計入客戶的流量使用量，但他們在將來亦可免流量訪問[19]。
2016年10月，Optus將ABC iview列入Optus移動客戶可免流量使用的產品列表中[20]。
