《經理人員的職能》（英語：The Functions of the Executive）是切斯特·歐文·巴納德（1886年11月7日－1961年6月7日）的一本書，提出了「協同與組織理論」和「正式組織中高階管理人員的職能和運作方法的研究」[1]。它最初於1938年出版；1968年出版的《三十周年紀念版》仍在印刷[2][3]。
