第27屆美國演員工會獎（英語：27th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards）為表彰2020年於電影及電視劇方面有傑出表現的演員獎項，于2020年4月4日在加利福尼亚州洛杉矶的神殿大會堂（英语：Shrine Auditorium）颁发。颁奖仪式由TNT與TBS（英语：TBS (U.S. TV channel)）自下午5點（太平洋時區）／晚間8點（東部時區）起全程直播。2021年2月4日宣布入圍名單。2021年2月4日，莉莉·柯林斯和戴维德·迪格斯通过Instagram直播公布了提名名单。[1][2]
