明德大学蒙特雷国际研究学院（英语：Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey），2015年1月之前原称蒙特雷国际研究学院（Monterey Institute of International Studies）^[1]，是位于美国加利福尼亚州蒙特雷的一所私立大学，1955年成立。该大学主要提供公共政策、环境政策、国际商业及语言教学领域，其中尤以口笔译教学闻名世界，大学下有两个研究生院和五个研究中心。2011年该学院人均福布莱特计划学者数居全美首位。^[2]
