相手蟹科（学名：Sesarmidae）是短尾下目方蟹总科以下的一个科，在之前有多个作者都把本科的物种划归方蟹科。在中国闽南地区俗称蟛蜞。当中的吸血鬼蟹属（Geosesarma）、Metopaulias、相手蟹属（Sesarma）是真正的陆生蟹，也就是说这些物种繁殖时无需返回海里[1]。

螳臂蟹属、拟相手蟹属、假相手蟹属及仿相手蟹属这四个属似乎并不是单系群。 Scandarma很大可能是其他属的次异名[1][3]。
