茱莉亚·爱克谢（英语：Julia Eccleshare MBE）（1951-）是一位英国记者兼儿童文学作家，耕耘儿童文学评论和创作已有二十五年。爱克谢曾任《卫报》儿童文学编辑超过十年，也曾获得艾莉娜·法琼奖。

爱克谢现为干草节（Hay Festival ）的儿童总监、布兰弗德-伯斯奖（Branford Boase Award）的评审团主席，也是儿童爱阅读（Love Reading 4 Kids）网站的编辑撰稿人兼顾问。

爱克谢出生于剑桥，在北伦敦长大，是剑桥大学出版社的出版人科林‧爱克谢和历史教师莉兹‧爱克谢所生四子中的老三。[1][2]爱克谢已婚，育有四子，现居伦敦。[3]

职业生涯

1974年至1978年，爱克谢担任《泰晤士报》文学副刊的儿童读物编辑。[4]

1978年，爱克谢在企鹅出版集团旗下的儿童图书出版社海雀图书（Puffin Books）担任非小说和绘本编辑。1980年，她转至儿童图书出版社汉米许·汉米尔顿（Hamish Hamilton）担任小说编辑，到了1984年，爱克谢再次成为自由撰稿书评家。[4][5]

1985年至1993年，爱克谢为国家图书联盟（National Book League，BookTrust（英语：:en:BookTrust）的前身）[6]设立的年度儿童读物（Children's Book of the Year）列表和展览计划[7]选了上百本书。[4][8]

1999年至2016年，爱克谢担任《卫报》的儿童读物编辑[9][10]，也经常出现在英国广播公司第四台的《开卷有益（英语：https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_Book_(radio)）》（Open Book）和《第一排（英语：Front_Row_(radio_programme)）》（Front Row）广播节目[11]、《书商》（The Bookseller）节目中[12]。
