伍超（Chao Wu，1976/1977年—） [1]是一位美国政治家。他是马里兰州霍华德县和蒙哥马利县9A 区众议院的成员。 从2018到2022年，他曾担任霍华德县教育委员会成员及主席。

背景

伍超于2001年毕业于中国科学技术大学，获得工学学士学位； 2003 年，他在新加坡国立大学获得电气和计算机工程硕士学位； [2]于 2009 年在马里兰大学帕克分校获得电气和计算机工程哲学博士学位。[3] [4]在马里兰大学期间，伍超曾担任当地中国学生学者联谊会（CSSA）分会主席。 [5]作为CSSA主席的时候，他反对西藏独立, 也抗议过马里兰大学校报充满偏见的关于2008年北京夏季奥运会的报道。 [5]

毕业后，伍超在私营和公共部门工作，专门从事数据科学、机器学习、人工智能、量子计算、网络安全和企业风险管理。 [4]伍超代表马里兰州哥伦比亚市 River Hill 社区担任哥伦比亚协会董事会成员直至 2018 年， [6]并于 2012 年至 2018 年担任 River Hill Village Association 董事会成员[7]。在此期间，他在哥伦比亚与溧阳缔结友好城市协议方面发挥了很大的帮助。 [5] [8]
