提欧多洛·谷特劳（义大利语：Teodoro Cottrau；1827年12月7日—1879年3月30日），义大利作曲家，曾出版那不勒斯民谣桑塔露琪娅。[1]

提欧多洛是法国人法裔作曲家威廉·谷特劳的儿子，其出生在拿坡里。因为父亲的影响，他放弃了在巴黎公费留学的机会，学习演奏钢琴和作曲，因此成为一个著名的作曲家、诗人、出版商，甚至还是一名活跃的政治家[2]。提欧多洛现在在拿坡里拥有一个纪念墓园。
提欧多洛除了桑塔露琪娅之外，还有一首著名作品《再会，那不勒斯》（义大利语：L'addio a Napoli）。
