柱状扁弓蚌（Toxolasma cylindrellus），又名侏儒真珠蚌，是一种淡水蚌。
分布
[编辑]柱状扁弓蚌是美国的特有种。它们在境内大幅减少，现[何时？]只分布在阿拉巴马州北部及田纳西州东南部的佩恩特罗克河。大部份近期[何时？]的勘查都未能在田纳西州发现它们。
