菲律宾青年自由联盟（他加禄语：Malayang Pagkakaisa ng Kabataang Pilipino）是菲律宾共产党之青年和学生组织[2]，成立于1967年11月，1972年被取缔。

1967年11月30日，菲律宾青年自由联盟继菲律宾共产党中断与爱国青年之关系而成立[3][4]。爱国青年在何塞·马利亚·西松领导下倾向毛主义，不过菲青联则认为考虑到菲律宾之地理情况（岛屿散落、未与其他社会主义国家相邻），人民战争并不可行[5]。菲青联第一次代表大会在新怡诗夏省卡比奥举行，600馀名代表与会[4]。
菲青联之领导层来自原爱国青年在中央吕宋之组织，小法兰西斯科·内门佐为联盟建立者之一[4][6]。鲁本·托雷斯于1966年自菲律宾大学毕业，1970年时是菲青联的主席[7][8]。1970年，菲青联共约有5,000名成员，多为年轻的农民和农村工人[9]。
菲青联参与了争取民主菲律宾运动，该组织系源自1969年菲律宾大选抗议之学生运动联盟[10][11]。
1972年9月《第1081号公告》发布、政府宣布戒严后，菲青联被取缔。当时，该联盟共约有10,000名成员[12]。1974年11月《第571-A号总统令》发布后，部分菲青联成员获得特赦[13]。
