西瓦鹿亚科（学名：Sivatheriinae）为长颈鹿科下的一个亚科，主要分布于中新世晚期至更新世早期的亚洲、非洲及欧洲[1]。它们具有较粗壮的躯体、较短的四肢、且雄性长有大而外型复杂的皮骨角[2]。
