LP 71-82是一颗位于天龙座的红矮星。距离地球25.42光年[3]在运动学上,它可能属于大熊座移动星群[6]

多重调查没有发现 LP 71-82在2014年有任何恒星伴星。[7]

物理特性

LP 71-82是一颗活动非常强烈的耀星,[1]到2019年至少检测到四次耀斑。[5]对于一颗只有6小时的短自转周期的恒星来说,预计会有这样的活动。[4] [8]
