富蘭克林縣（英語：Franklin County）位於美國阿肯色州的縣，根據2020年人口普查結果顯示，該縣人口為17,097。[1]該縣共有兩個縣治，分別是歐扎克和查爾斯頓。[2]該縣設立於1837年12月19日，得名於本傑明·富蘭克林。[3]除普雷里和阿利克斯這兩個鎮區以外，該縣允許販售酒精飲料，但在布蘭奇存在一定的限制。[4]
