工作家庭黨（英語：Working Families Party，縮寫為WFP）是美國的一個左翼政黨。該黨成立於1998年，前身是新黨[6][7]。該黨的意識形態是社會民主主義、進步主義。該黨的總部位於紐約布魯克林區。2020年，該黨有45610名黨員。
