帕米爾田鼠（學名：Microtus juldaschi）為倉鼠科田鼠屬的動物。在中國大陸，分布於西藏西部、新疆帕米爾山地等地，主要棲息於高山草甸。該物種的模式產地在帕米爾喀拉庫勒湖（Karakul Lake）。[1]
本種之前被歸入松田鼠屬（Neodon，原為田鼠屬松田鼠亞屬），[2]之後又有學者將本種歸入田鼠屬帕米爾田鼠（Blanfordimys） 亞屬。[3][4][5]
