弗拉帕爾生於塞納河畔埃爾布萊，13歲開始執法青年隊比賽[6]。到了18歲，她已經負責國家級U19比賽的裁判[6]。2011年，弗拉帕爾加入法國丙級足球聯賽法國全國聯賽的裁判陣容[7]。2014年，弗拉帕爾成為法乙聯賽的第一位女裁判[7]。在2015年國際足協女子世界盃中，弗拉帕爾登場執法[8][9]。
