史蒂芬妮·花柏芝（法語：Stéphanie Frappart，1983年12月14日—），法國足球球證，2009年列入FIFA國際球證名錄[2]，曾在多場重大足球賽事中執法。花柏芝於2019年執法歐洲超級盃和法甲，成為這兩項賽事的首位女球證。2020年，花柏芝成為第一位執法歐洲聯賽冠軍盃的女性[3]。2021年，花柏芝成為第一位在世界盃外圍賽執法的女球證[4]。2022年，花柏芝創下女球證在世界盃執法的歷史[5]。

花柏芝生於塞納河畔埃爾布萊，13歲開始執法青年隊比賽[6]。到了18歲，她已經負責國家級U19比賽的球證[6]。2011年，花柏芝加入法國丙級足球聯賽法國全國聯賽的球證陣容[7]。2014年，花柏芝成為法乙聯賽的第一位女球證[7]。在2015年國際足協女子世界盃中，花柏芝登場執法[8][9]。

2018年12月3日，花柏芝獲任命為法國女足世界盃球證[10]。16強賽結束後，花柏芝與另外10名球證負責餘下賽事的執法[11]。2019年7月7日，美國與荷蘭進行女足世界盃決賽，花柏芝擔任主球證[12]。
