灰尺蛾亞科（學名：Ennominae），又名枝尺蛾亞科，是鱗翅目尺蛾科之下六個亞科當中成員最多的一個亞科，計有約1,100個屬，合共約9,700個物種[1]。本亞科物種一般比較小，儘管成員中有特殊例子（如：樺尺蠖）的體形頗大。本亞科的物種遍布全球，部份物種更被視為害蟲。
由於本亞科物種繁多，一般為先歸類為約30個族。不過，這30個族的分類有相當數量仍然有爭議。即使是物種的屬，在近十年間的變動亦不少。
