第一大馬遠景策劃綱要

第一大馬遠景策劃綱要（英文：THE FIRST OUTLINE PERSPECTIVE PLAN，簡稱OPP 1）是馬來西亞於1971年至1990年執行的經濟政策，為期二十年。

新經濟政策就是處於本經濟政策時期。

OPP 1期間的馬來西亞經濟發展，國內生產總值的增長率達到6.7%（原目標為8%）。

國內生產總值從1970年的215.48億令吉（當時價）增加到1990年的791.03億令吉，增加了三倍。

由於人口每年平均增加2.5%，人均收入（PER CAPITA INCOME）從1970年的1,937令吉（當時價）增加了兩倍到1990年的4,268 (1978年價)令吉，或6,180令吉，當時價。

馬來西亞貨物與服務的出口(1971-1990)平均每年增加9.2%。貨物的出口構成有了重大的改變。在貨物出口中，橡膠在1970年占33.4%，降到1990年的3.8%，石油天然氣從4%增加到16.2%，工業產品從12%增加到60.4%。

馬來西亞貨物與服務的出口總值，從1970年的51.63億令吉增加到1990年的796.46億令吉。

馬來西亞貨物與服服的進口總值，從1970年的42.88億令吉增加到1990年的791.19億令吉。
