統一與聯合（加泰隆尼亞語：Convergència i Unió, CiU; IPA：[kumbərˈʒɛnsiə j uniˈo]）是一個西班牙加泰羅尼亞的加泰羅尼亞民族主義選舉聯盟。這是一個由兩個政黨組成的聯盟，一個是規模較大的加泰羅尼亞民主統一和一個較小的政黨加泰羅尼亞民主聯盟。該黨已於2015年6月17日解散。
