《蜘蛛俠：暗影之網》（英語：Spider-Man: Web of Shadows，中國大陸和香港譯作「蜘蛛俠：暗影之網」，臺灣譯作「蜘蛛人：黯黑之網」）是一款基於漫威漫畫角色蜘蛛人的動作冒險遊戲。該遊戲於2008年10月在多個平台（Microsoft Windows 、PlayStation 2、 PlayStation 3 、PlayStation Portable、 Wii、任天堂DS和Xbox 360）上發布。這是一款偽三維清版動作遊戲，也是Treyarch開發的最後一款蜘蛛俠遊戲。[3][4]
