阿爾貝托·阿萊西那（Alberto Alesina，1957年4月29日— 2020年5月23日），意大利政治經濟學家。他1981年獲博科尼大學經濟學學士學位，之後進入哈佛大學深造，並與1985年和1986年分別獲碩士及博士學位。之後進入卡內基梅隆大學做博士後研究。2003至2006年，阿萊西那任哈佛大學經濟系主任。他還在麻省理工學院、特拉維夫大學、世界銀行、國際貨幣基金組織擔任兼職。2006年被選為美國文理科學院院士。

阿萊西那的研究聚焦於政治商業周期、財政政策與預算赤字的政治經濟學、歐洲一體化進程、在高通脹國家的穩定政策、國家的大小的確定、貨幣聯盟、再分配政策的政治經濟因素、不同的福利國家，在美國和歐洲、美國和歐洲的不同經濟體系、對經濟政策的替代性選舉制度的影響、不同的選舉制度的選擇的確定。2009年與Silvia Ardagna合作發表的論文中，阿萊西那指出財政緊縮措施並不會傷害經濟，而實際上會幫助其恢復。
