黑王蛇（Lampropeltis nigra），是美國本土的一種屬於游蛇科王蛇屬的無毒蛇。^[1]^[2]

其種加詞「nigra」意為「黑色的，暗色的」。

黑王蛇是一種中型和大型王蛇。成年黑王蛇平均長度為90至122公分（35至48英寸），有些長度達到147至183公分（58至72英寸）。^[3]它身體為黑色，身上有黃色或奶油色斑點。^[2]^[3]
