南部非洲前解放運動（英語：Former Liberation Movements of Southern Africa，縮寫為FLMSA）是一個由南部非洲各國曾參與民族解放運動的政黨組成的國際組織。目前，該組織的成員都是執政黨，且大多奉行社會民主主義路線。
